Allatoona High School Chorus

There will be a mandatory meeting on Monday, December 7 at 7:00 for parents of students attending the Disney trip.  The meeting will be held in Mr. Locker’s Classroom.  Chaperones are asked to stay after the general meeting  for additional information.  We look forward to seeing you all Monday night!

THE COST FOR THE DISNEY CANDLELIGHT PROCESSIONAL TRIP WILL BE $350!  This price includes charter bus transportation, 3-night hotel accommodations (including 3 breakfasts), private security guard on duty overnight at the hotel, and 3 days of admission to the Walt Disney theme parks.  The price and inclusions will be the same for students and chaperones.

A deposit of $150 per person is due by Friday, November 6 to reserve your place on the trip.  Remember…  You may NOT use fundraising money towards the Disney trip unless your Chorus Uniform Fee and/or Program Fee is already paid in full!  Please contact Mr. Locker if you have any questions or concerns.

 Fall Chorus Concert

             Tuesday, October 20^th @7pm

We would like to serve refreshments after the concert and need your help!  Please send in the following based on your student’s last name:

A – K:  one 2-liter soft drink (Please send in to school any day before the concert or drop off on Tuesday evening.)

L – Z:  one dozen ready to serve cookies, brownies, etc.  (Please send baked items in to school on Tuesday with your student or you may drop them off on your way in to the concert.)

ATTENTION ALL CHORUS

PARENTS…

We will have our first regular Chorus Booster Meeting of the school year on Monday, September 21 at 7:00 pm in the Chorus Room.  We will discuss a lot of important topics, such as budget, fees, fundraising, and travel.  We need your input, ideas, and assistance!  Please plan to attend this short meeting.  It should not last more than an hour.  Thank you!!!
